Named for the lead donors, Bill and Peg Balzer, and the historic building that it occupies, Theatrical Outfit’s new home is an intimate, state of the art 200 seat theater, designed for, owned and managed by the company. The theater is in a convenient location, within walking distance of the Five Points MARTA rail station and with three public parking lots nearby. There are a number of places nearby to grab food and drink before or after an event at the theater, including Sidebar Atlanta, Slice and the Landmark Diner. For guests who want to keep their night out going after the show, upscale lounges Thrive and Lumen are nearby.
