In The Velocity of Autumn, Alexandra, an aging but still feisty artist, is in the midst of a showdown with her family over where she'll spend her remaining years. She's barricaded herself in her Brooklyn brownstone with her fleeting memories... and a pile of Molotov cocktails. Alexandra's defenses begin to crack when her long-absent son crawls in through her window to try and save her life as much as his own. Eric Coble's Tony-nominated Broadway sensation is coming to Marietta's Out of Box Theatre.
