No one can do an uplifting musical quite like the legendary duo of Rodgers and Hammerstein. While it's not as widely known as Oklahoma! or The Sound of Music, State Fair contains some of their catchiest tunes, including the rousing "Our State Fair" and the Oscar-winning "It Might as Well Be Spring." State Fair travels with the Frake family as they leave behind the routine of their Iowa farm for three days of adventure. Mom and Pop have their hearts set on blue ribbons while their daughter and son find romance and heartbreak on the midway. It'll be a "grand night for singing" when this film-turned-musical rides into the Infinite Energy Center - Theater in Duluth.
