Step into the magical world of Disney with Beauty and the Beast Jr. when young actors from Inspire Home School Academy take on the roles made famous by the animated movie. As you sit in Atlanta's open-air Mable House Barnes Amphitheatre, you and your family will be transported to the heart of a quaint French town, where the beautiful and intelligent Belle yearns for something more than her provincial village life offers. When her father gets lost in the woods, he seeks shelter in an old castle but is soon taken captive by the master of the house -- a horrible Beast, himself held captive under a dreadful spell. Belle surrenders her freedom to save her father's life and, through kindness teaches the Beast the true meaning of love. The enchanting Beauty and the Beast Jr. is for the young and young-at-heart alike.

Prepare to be amazed as Lightwire Theater lights up one of the most beloved children's tales of all time, The Ugly Duckling. Featuring high-tech effects and electroluminescent wire, Lightwire creates animal characters and brings them to life with expressive choreography and puppetry at the Rosewell Cultural Arts Center. Audiences of all ages are sure to be entertained and enchanted by this new telling of the classic story, which finds a swan egg accidentally mixed in with a mother duck's brood. The homely little hatchling endures much teasing until it gets older and grows into a beautiful swan.
